Who We’re Looking For

We’re on the hunt for a tech-savvy, client-focused professional who’s eager to grow in the commercial and advisory space. Whether you're an experienced bookkeeper (Cert IV with 2+ years) or an intermediate accountant ready to step into client advisory, this role is your chance to make a real difference.

You’ll love this role if you:

  • Enjoy building strong client relationships and delivering tailored solutions
  • Are detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and always looking to improve

What You’ll Bring

  • Strong communication and people skills – prior client facing experience is essential
  • Solid understanding of tax, GST, payroll, and FBT
  • Experience with Xero (essential) and any other cloud-based accounting software (a bonus)
  • Intermediate Excel skills and a knack for reporting
  • A desire to grow with the industry and adapt to change
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality, timely work

What You’ll Do

Your day-to-day will be varied and rewarding, including:

  • Managing a portfolio of business clients
  • Collaborating with Client Managers to enhance client outcomes
  • Preparing and reviewing monthly/quarterly Activity Statements
  • Delivering business analysis and management reports
  • Creating budgets and forecasts
  • Supporting software upgrades and integrations
  • Handling payroll, superannuation, and end-of-year requirements
  • Providing ongoing client training and support
  • Managing your own workflow and meeting service standards
